Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Yield Analysis Engineer to monitor probe yields, generate Pareto yield issue analyses, and drive root-cause investigations in the ID1 yield program.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of related experience. The candidate will analyze data, coordinate failure analyses, and collaborate with Fab teams to improve yield and process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields and 12 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor probe yields for product families and generate a Pareto of yield issues.
• Submit Failure Analysis jobs to the ID1 YE Lab to identify failure mechanisms and create reports.
• Communicate yield and failure analysis results to Fab areas and propose corrective actions.
