Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Houston is seeking a Staff Engineer – Reliability to lead RAM modeling, reliability assessments, and ECA workshops. The role supports LNG plant reliability, requiring data collection, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsibilities include RAM modeling, ECA workshops, and reporting; travel to LNG plants in Louisiana for field validation and data gathering. A strong background in reliability tools and CMMS (SAP) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in process industries.
• Reliability Certification (e.g., CMRP, ASQ CRE) desirable.
• Strong hands-on RAM modeling and reliability analysis experience.
• Knowledge of RAM tools such as DNV MAROS, Relyence, Weibull.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and data handling tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA) workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and run RAM models for LNG plants in MAROS or similar software.
• Assess design and operation scenarios (redundancy, spares, maintenance strategies).
• Translate RAM outputs into business-impact insights and reports.
• Travel to LNG sites in Louisiana for data collection and validation.
