Staff Engineer, Product Platform & SDK

Psi; Boston (MA); Hybrid; USD 150.000 - 210.000; Vollzeit

Zusammenfassung

Physical Superintelligence, a Boston-based AI startup, seeks a Member of Technical Staff, Product to shape every surface users interact with—SDKs, campaigns, and interfaces for partners. You will own the end-to-end user experience and craft surfaces that scale across teams and customers.

The role emphasizes shipping velocity with thoughtful design, backward-compatible APIs, and a focus on time-to-first-result for new users, with a high bar for quality and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years building product, and you have shipped a developer surface people adopted without being told to: an SDK, an API, an internal tool.
• Adoption you can prove, not just features you can list.
• Full-stack range: React and TypeScript on the front, Python behind.

Aufgaben

• Build the user's path through the platform: chat, SDK, campaign management, and the budget and spend tooling underneath.
• Own time-to-first-result as a product metric. A new user should get from arriving to a real result with no engineer present.
• Build partner-facing surfaces from the same contract as everything else. One product with many faces and a visible public site.
• Build the design system as infrastructure: a constrained component library for humans and AI to compose.
