Job summary

Stellar Health is hiring a Staff Engineer to lead technical initiatives across the AutoProgression team. You will drive architectural choices, partner with engineering leadership, and own critical platform improvements that directly impact patient access to care.

You will work with an experienced team focused on delivering seamless data ingestion, transformation, and a more intuitive frontend experience for providers using the Stellar Health Platform.

Qualifications

• Ten years or more of total experience with production-grade code.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Java, C++, or Go.
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS preferred; GCP/Azure also acceptable).
• At least two years building data processing pipelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional architectural projects and rollouts.
• Proven ability to deploy and operate highly available, low latency services.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts across multiple squads to address critical needs.
• Shape architectural direction and align with engineering leadership.
• Collaborate on product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities.
• Guide the EHR Data Pipeline and Stellar Health platform features.
