Job summary

Kenvue is looking for a Tech Ops Package Development Engineer Co-Op in Fort Washington, PA, to start January 2027. This role offers hands‑on experience under the Technical Operations Principal Engineer, developing packaging for consumer healthcare products.

The position emphasizes collaboration across functions, drawing up drawings and specs, and engaging with suppliers to support line trials. Strong analytical and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Packaging Eng/Science, Material Science, ME or IE.
• Minimum GPA 2.8.
• Able to work independently and in a team; strong analytical/problem solving.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support packaging development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements.
• Create and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications.
• Document packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Support packaging development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials.
• Interact with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing.
