Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer / Tech Lead to architect and own the omnichannel notification platform. You will guide backend services across multiple surfaces, ensuring scalability, availability, and fast delivery.

You will partner with Product, DS/ML, Design, and other teams to shape long-term roadmaps, governance, and platform abstractions. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and improve observability, privacy, and cost efficiency while aligning with Snap’s

• Ownership of mission-critical systems including on-call and incident response.
