Job summary

Terracon is seeking an engineer to provide engineering and consulting services across diverse projects, including field investigations, analysis, design plans, and report writing. The role supports senior engineers and project teams, with opportunities to develop management and PE experience on varied client engagements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 1–3 years of experience is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects; participate in pre-task planning.
• Demonstrate quality practices and acumen in project work.
• Provide consistent quality standards on proposal and project delivery.
• Manage and execute small projects of minimal complexity as a professional engineer.
• Assist in developing scope of work, cost estimates, and project documents.
• Analyze data and perform engineering calculations and analyses for PE review.
• Coordinate field investigations, laboratory testing, and evaluation of data.
• Develop plans and schedules for assigned project work; communicate progress with team and client.
