Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT App Support, IT Development, or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technical delivery across multiple teams.
• Lead test automation strategy and ensure production readiness.
• Support disaster recovery planning, validation, and governance.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and release readiness across environments.
• Document requirements, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
