Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with extensive related experience or higher degrees.
• Experience with fixed-wing flight dynamics and autopilot-related work.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and programming in Python/C++/Lua.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, verify, and test GNC algorithms for autonomous aircraft.
• Design outer and inner loop control laws and autonomy functions.
• Create linear and nonlinear dynamic models and integrate into sim/HIL environments.
• Analyze flight test data and support design reviews (PDR/CDR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Travel up to 20–25% as needed for program activities.
