Job summary

Relha LLC seeks a Staff Engineer - GenAI to lead the design, build, and maintenance of a large-scale agentic AI platform for enterprise use. You will guide engineers, translate business needs into robust LLM-driven architectures, and ensure compliance with safety and enterprise standards.

You will mentor teams, drive best practices in prompt/context engineering, and deliver high-quality, scalable AI capabilities with strong emphasis on observability, testing, and governance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of complex experience building and scaling enterprise software systems.
• Recent hands-on GenAI or Agentic AI in production environments.
• Deep understanding of transformer-based models and prompt/context engineering.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent patterns.
• Familiarity with multi-agent architectures and agent-based systems.
• Proficiency with modern GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, CI/CD for prompts and agents, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of an enterprise GenAI platform.
• Provide technical direction for GenAI projects and architectures.
• Lead code/prompt/context reviews for quality and test coverage.
• Build orchestration pipelines integrating LLMs and agents with data sources.
• Drive GenAI Ops practices including evals, versioning, and guardrails.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to talent development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
