What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to build and support a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Drive the capture, transformation, and utilization of Finance data to meet organizational goals
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions for data ingestion and transformation
- Support the implementation of strong control and governance frameworks for SOX and audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica or DBT
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and various Financial Reporting tools
- Experience implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and accounting processes
