Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior EUV Equipment Engineer to lead performance and reliability of EUV lithography systems.

You will partner with manufacturing, process engineering, facilities, and suppliers to sustain uptime and throughput while driving improvement initiatives. The role requires solving complex mechanical, electrical, vacuum, optical, and software issues, with a focus on data-driven optimization and AI-enabled predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of semiconductor equipment or process engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze technical data and implement performance improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience troubleshooting and improving complex manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance, reliability, availability, and productivity of EUV lithography systems.
• Lead equipment installations, upgrades, qualifications, preventive maintenance strategies.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum, optical, automation, and software issues with suppliers.
• Analyze equipment and process data to identify improvements and reduce defects.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics for predictive maintenance and operational optimization.
