Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping and operating production software.
• Experience owning an end-to-end system.
• Comfort with production cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Strong product intuition and customer-facing experience.
• Ability to move fast while maintaining craftsmanship.
• Bonus: browser automation, LLM agents, distributed systems, or healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Own major parts of the system end to end.
• Improve agent system and workflow maintenance.
• Scale worker orchestration and job queues.
• Build APIs, SDKs, and observability tooling.
• Ship features across the stack based on customer feedback.
• Set engineering standards as the team grows.
