You will drive technical strategy, standardization, and modern technology patterns across the stack for millions of customers seeking guaranteed income and protection. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and design, champion innovation, and lead lifecycle efforts for concurrent solutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, security, reliability, and cost

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer and/or solution architect.
• Experience leading lifecycle of multiple concurrent solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in engineering large-scale web applications with a focus on UX, reliability, and security.
• Experience with Term Life Insurance operations, underwriting, or claims processing is a plus.
• Proficient in cloud architecture and core AWS services (VPC, ELB, API Gateway, IAM, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Spring, NodeJS/NestJS and microservices with REST.
• Experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
• Familiar with event-driven/serverless architectures and API design.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Agile development experience and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
