Qualifications

• Full stack software engineering with 8+ years of experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience communicating technical needs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of junior developers.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience decomposing complex business problems into scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of modern application architecture and MV* frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum teams and contribute to Digital Platforms Technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with the squad, developers, QA, and architects to design, build, test, and deliver features.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other developers to raise technical proficiency.
• Partner with product owners to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
