Job summary

Cloud Campaign is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead technical roadmaps, design scalable cloud-native systems, and mentor a small engineering team. You will drive architecture, testing, and security practices while delivering high-value features for customers and internal users.

In this role, you’ll own end-to-end code lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fullstack engineering with backend/frontend expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, Go, React, and TypeScript.
• Solid OOP, data structures, and algorithms skills.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and own part of the technical roadmap and architecture decisions.
• Establish engineering standards for quality, testing, and security, including AI-enabled services.
• Contribute directly to code on a small, fast-moving team while upholding best practices.
• Lead full code lifecycle from ideation to deployment for new features delivering user value.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering leadership to align with business goals.
• Mentor engineers, promote continuous learning, and drive technical growth.
