This high-impact role sits at the intersection of architecture and engineering leadership, with responsibility for setting direction across product ecosystems, mentoring engineers and delivering scalable, resilient systems.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in professional software engineering with a track record of scalable web products.
• Expert in C# / .NET and designing RESTful APIs at scale.
• Strong grounding in SOLID, DRY, DDD and architecture patterns.
• Experience modernising large legacy apps to cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on leader able to mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices.
• Proficient in AWS services and modern frontend tech (React/Angular/TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and architectural standards across multiple teams.
• Lead modernization of legacy applications into cloud-native platforms.
• Design highly available, high-performance, resilient systems.
• Incorporate AI/GenAI into products and workflows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and translate to product opportunities.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive engineering best practices.
