Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience architecting software with performance, SLOs, high availability and security.
- Strong communication to present to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable software solutions across the product stack.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to meet enterprise standards.
- Lead and mentor engineers, promoting Agile and DevOps practices.
- Define development standards and patterns for the team.
- Collaborate across teams and drive modernization efforts.
