Evolutyz Corp is seeking a Staff Engineer/AI Solutions Architect to drive our AI strategy within the mortgage technology space. You will assess current stacks, identify high-value AI opportunities, and map a practical implementation roadmap while guiding engineering teams through execution.

The role balances strategic leadership with hands-on development across Java/Spring Boot on AWS, enterprise data platforms, and AI services, ensuring secure, scalable solutions for capital markets workflows.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of software engineering, architecture, and implementation experience.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing AI solutions.
• Strong mortgage technology and domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide an enterprise AI strategy aligned with capital markets products and roadmap.
• Develop a prioritized AI implementation roadmap covering near-term use cases and platform capabilities.
• Lead hands-on implementation of AI solutions, prototypes, and production services.
• Define solution architecture across Java, Spring Boot, AWS, data platforms, APIs, and AI services.
• Establish patterns for retrieval-augmented generation, model integration, and AI observability.
• Review designs and code for security, performance, and maintainability.
