Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Staff Engineer for Agentic AI, with remote-eligible work options. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 7+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
• At least 3 years of experience with AWS.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and assess new technologies for hyper-personalized marketing and assistive field sales systems.
• Partner with enterprise and card tech teams to develop best agentic marketing and sales systems.
• Establish and evangelize technical charters to adopt AI technologies.
• Bridge current systems to future architecture while maintaining system health.
• Mentor and coach engineers and promote engineering excellence.
