Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to advance memory technologies in its Advanced DRAM program. You will lead experimentation, analyze results, and drive improvements in device performance and yield through hands-on work.

Collaboration across teams, design of rigorous experiments, and use of AI-assisted data analysis will be key to identifying failure mechanisms and scaling innovative memory solutions.

Qualifications

  • MS in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in semiconductor industry.
  • strong understanding of process integration and device physics.
