Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to advance memory technologies in its Advanced DRAM program. You will lead experimentation, analyze results, and drive improvements in device performance and yield through hands-on work.

Collaboration across teams, design of rigorous experiments, and use of AI-assisted data analysis will be key to identifying failure mechanisms and scaling innovative memory solutions.

Qualifications

• MS in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in semiconductor industry.
• strong understanding of process integration and device physics.
• experience in experimental design and data analysis.
• ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of device technologies, design and conduct experiments, analyze data to identify variability and failure mechanisms, collaborate across teams to resolve performance and yield issues, and utilize AI-assisted tools for data analysis and root cause determination.
