Job summary

Rock Health in Boise, Idaho seeks a Senior Technical Leader in Process Equipment Engineering to drive innovation, lead critical projects, and define equipment roadmaps for high-volume DRAM manufacturing.

You will own taskforces, act as the technical authority for equipment issues, mentor teams, and identify improvements aligned with product requirements and costs. You will support internal groups and leadership on hardware strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Deep knowledge of semiconductor equipment in areas such as lithography, etch, CMP, thin films, diffusion, implantation, or metrology, with at least 10 years of experience in advanced nodes.
• Proven project leadership skills, capable of managing complex technical initiatives.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams.
• Track record of innovative solutions.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
