Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Process Integration Engineer in the 3D DRAM organization to enable manufacturability and performance of next‑generation memory technologies.

You will lead technology integration activities, collaborate with process development, product engineering, design and yield teams, design experiments in R&D fabrication facilities, and optimize process flows to meet product requirements.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in memory technologies and device physics.
• Experience driving cross-functional integration projects in MEMS/semiconductors.

Job description

Role: Process Integration Engineer in the 3D DRAM organization, focusing on enabling manufacturability and performance of next-generation memory technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology integration activities, addressing device components like charge storage devices and TFTs.
• Collaborate with process development, product engineering, design, and yield teams to resolve yield and margin issues.
• Design and conduct experiments in R&D fabrication facilities.
• Optimize process flows and develop innovative solutions to meet product requirements.
• Analyze inline data, defect, parameter, and probe data to improve yield, reliability, and costs.
• Drive continuous yield improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Summarize complex problems, implement solutions, and lead team actions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven expertise in memory technologies such as DRAM and NAND.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and process integration.
• Experience with process development, process integration, and circuit/architecture issues in memory.
• Skilled in data analysis, DOE, statistical techniques, and AI tools.
• Project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Educational requirement: M.S. or PhD with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
