Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join the MFC team. You will develop and maintain embedded software and desktop applications for multi-core systems, including sensor emulation and countermeasures, using C/C++ and Linux or VxWorks.

The successful candidate will hold U.S. citizenship and be able to obtain a Secret clearance. The role is onsite in Orlando, with flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Embedded software as core technology.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Experience with multi-core and multi-threaded programming.
• Experience with Linux or VxWorks OS.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with interim Secret clearance to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software applications and/or desktop applications.
• Design, code, test, and integrate software for an embedded multi-core system and desktop emulation of sensors and countermeasures.
• Proficiency in C/C++, GUI development, and Linux OS.
