Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design, develop, and optimize platform software for automotive ADAS and autonomous driving systems. You will perform board bring-up, develop low-level drivers for SoC peripherals, and lead camera bring-up with ISP integration and validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of embedded software development for complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in C / C++.
• Linux and/or QNX kernel, BSP, and low-level platform development.
• Board bring-up and device-driver development (I2C/UART/SPI/PCIe/RGMII/SGMII/Camera ISPs).
• RTOS experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize embedded platform software for automotive ADAS and autonomous driving systems.
• Perform board bring-up and develop low-level device drivers for SoC peripherals.
• Lead camera bring-up activities, including ISP integration and validation.
• Develop and integrate video pipelines, including video codecs and secure RTP streaming.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and application teams for seamless HW–SW integration.
• Support platform stability, performance optimization, and production readiness.
