The Staff Engineer is a senior technical contributor who leads complex connector-development work from customer need and concept through design, validation, industrialization, and release.
Experience with electrical connectors, power distribution, data-center hardware, servers, busbar systems, cable assemblies, high-current thermal performance, materials and plating, simulation, agency testing, or customer-facing technical support.
