Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering; Senior level requires 8–10 years of experience.
Proven experience in electrical enclosure and/or cable design from concept to launch.
Strong sheet metal design, electrical components specification, and manufacturability focus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, optimization, and execution of electrical hardware, balancing cost, safety, and reliability.
Own the development cycle from requirements through prototyping, testing, and tooling.
Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, NPI, and external suppliers to deploy new designs into production.
Mentor and support junior engineers, guiding them through technical challenges and design strategies.
Coordinate testing and cross-functional reviews to ensure subsystems meet performance targets.
