Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of hardware validation, integration, testing, or qualification experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual, automated, and environmental test protocols.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test software using MATLAB, Python, C, and C++.
• Conduct verification and validation testing per military/aerospace standards.
• Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, datasheets, ICDs, and specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot failures at component, subsystem, and system levels.
• Analyze test data, perform root-cause investigations, and document findings.
• Support qualification and compliance testing, including EMC/EMI evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Assist transition from development to production with test process improvements.
