Relativity Space is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to own the next generation of deep-space compute and storage, leveraging terrestrial tech for interplanetary missions. You will design, build, and qualify high-performance spacecraft electronics across compute modules, network switches, storage nodes, and communications terminals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• 5+ years designing and delivering high performance digital electronics.
• Experience leading design, bringup, and validation of sophisticated board level electronics.
• Hands-on work with challenging thermal and electromechanical environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns the next generation of deep-space compute and storage capability.
• Design, build, and qualify high-performance spacecraft electronics.
• Collaborate with software team to bring up core software infrastructure on spacecraft and ground.
• Lead hands-on campaigns to evaluate technologies and derisk interfaces.
