Job summary

CesiumAstro is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to own the full lifecycle of board-level and system-level electronics for advanced RF communication systems. You will drive design, testing, and verification in a startup-like environment, guiding teams and collaborating with software and mechanical engineers to meet program goals.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience in high-density, high-speed electronics, PCB layout, signal integrity,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in board-level electronics design, analysis and test.
• Experience designing electronics with rigor in teams that value thorough analysis and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of board-level and system-level electronics hardware design and implementation for advanced RF systems.
• Drive overall program direction as a digital-focused principal engineer with deep expertise.
• Lead small hardware engineer teams to develop multi-module assemblies, from architecture to interconnects.
