Redwire is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer, PCB Design to lead the design and development of complex, multi-layer PCBs for uncrewed aircraft systems. You will own end-to-end PCB development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stringent aerospace environmental and reliability requirements.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and typically 8+ years of PCB design experience, including multi-layer designs, high-speed digital work, and IPC standards
