Job summary

Redwire is seeking a senior hardware engineer to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and integration of complex multi-layer PCBs for uncrewed aircraft systems. You will drive high-reliability practices and collaborate across engineering disciplines.

The role requires mentoring junior engineers through the full hardware development lifecycle and applying rigorous EMI/EMC mitigation, ruggedized aerospace requirements, and ICP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 8+ years of PCB design experience using Altium Designer.
• Deep expertise in high-speed digital design, EMI/EMC mitigation, and rugged aerospace hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and integration of complex multi-layer PCBs for uncrewed aircraft systems.
• Drive high-reliability design practices and cross-functional collaboration.
