Job summary

Redwire is seeking a senior PCB design engineer in Huntsville, AL to lead end-to-end PCB architecture, design, and integration for uncrewed aircraft systems.

You will drive hardware validation, prototype bring-up, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure flight-critical reliability in harsh aerospace environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering required.
• 8+ years of PCB design experience with Altium Designer required.
• Expertise in high-speed digital design and EMI/EMC mitigation essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and integration of complex multi-layer PCBs for uncrewed aircraft systems.
• Drive hardware validation, prototype bring-up, and cross-functional collaboration for flight-critical reliability.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure aerospace-grade quality.
