Render is seeking a Staff Developer Relations Engineer to grow usage and word-of-mouth among developers building full-stack and AI apps. You’ll be the technical face on stage, in workshops, and at meetups, shaping how DevRel engages with ecosystems and partners.

You’ll own the technical bar, create demos, and drive feedback into product and engineering, traveling for conferences and events across the US.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in developer relations, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
• Track record on stage: talks at recognized developer conferences and workshops you designed and ran.
• Experience setting direction for a developer relations program and measuring impact.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Render at conferences, meetups, hackathons, podcasts, and livestreams with talks and live demos.
• Design and run hands-on workshops and hackathons, handling curriculum and technical setup.
• Set DevRel's technical direction and define what good talks, workshops, and demos look like.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners; plan joint workshops and co-hosted events.
• Engage deep in technical communities; answer questions and help debug deployments.
• Turn field feedback into prioritized input for Product and Engineering and shepherd it to shipping.
• Support high-potential developers and startups with deep dives and architecture reviews.
• Raise DevRel bar through talk reviews, demo reviews, and personal contributions.
• Track impact via events, workshops, community engagement, and partner-driven adoption.
