Job summary

Render is seeking a Staff Developer Relations Engineer to grow usage and word of mouth among developers building full-stack and AI applications. You’ll be Render’s technical face on stage, in workshops, and across developer ecosystems, setting the technical bar for DevRel and offering candid answers about AI workloads on Render.

You’ll represent Render at conferences, design hands-on workshops and hackathons, lead technical direction for DevRel, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to close

Qualifications

• 8+ years in developer relations, solutions engineering, or software engineering with at least 3 years in a developer-facing role at a dev tools or infrastructure company.
• Track record of talks at recognized conferences and self-designed workshops.
• Hands-on fluency with AI agents, cloud infrastructure, and credibility with senior engineers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
