Realtor.com is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join the CI/CD Platform team. You will architect and maintain infrastructure enabling hundreds of engineers to move code from commit to production safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes multi-tenant GitOps patterns, AWS EKS orchestration, and developer-focused tooling, with leadership, mentoring, and cross-team partnerships to raise platform maturity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, SRE, or DevOps platform experience.
• 4+ years hands-on AWS infrastructure at scale.
• 3+ years administering Amazon EKS and multi-cluster environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and scaling of an enterprise CI/CD platform and cloud-native runtimes.
• Operate AWS EKS clusters across regions with multi-cluster topology.
• Deploy Istio service mesh and manage traffic routing, security, and observability.
