Job summary

Realtor.com® is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to join the CI/CD Platform team. You will own platform standards, improve developer experience, and drive Kubernetes, AWS, and security initiatives across multiple regions.

You will lead self‑service infrastructure, implement GitOps, and build scalable delivery workflows enabling hundreds of engineers to move code from commit to production safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud platform, DevOps, or SRE roles with infrastructure ownership.
• 4+ years provisioning and troubleshooting AWS infra in production.
• 3+ years managing production Kubernetes or EKS environments.
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities and self‑service infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and scaling of enterprise self‑service CI/CD platform and cloud-native runtimes.
• Design, provision, and operate AWS infrastructure across regions (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS).
• Standardize multi‑cluster GitOps workflows using Argo CD and CI/CD platforms.
• Develop policy-as-code, security validation, and automated remediation.
