Qualifications

• 8+ years in production engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience building and operating CI/CD pipeline platforms at production scale.
• Security embedded into pipelines as a practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Set the software‑factory direction: roadmap, architecture, and tooling decisions.
• Embed scanning and policy enforcement into every pipeline stage.
• Run release management, including release train and gated hotfix pipelines.
• Automate dependency updates and SBOM generation.
