Overjet is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure infrastructure powering our healthcare AI products. You will partner with engineering to set technical direction, mentor teams, and own critical platforms spanning CI/CD, observability, and security.

You will work at the intersection of infrastructure and developer experience, contributing to reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with growing scope.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and production systems.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure and developer experience.
• Drive technical strategy with engineering teams and mentor engineers.
