Job summary

Conga is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, DevOps to lead the design and evolution of our cloud infrastructure and automation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing and supporting large-scale cloud infrastructure and software delivery platforms.
• Proven success leading complex DevOps, cloud modernization, or platform engineering initiatives within SaaS organizations.
• Experience architecting highly available, fault-tolerant systems supporting mission-critical workloads.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and drive engineering best practices across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps architecture and standards across engineering teams.
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines that accelerate software delivery.
• Develop Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response across cloud environments.
• Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and reliability-focused practices.
• Partner with Security teams to implement cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
