Job summary

Cision is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to shape and evolve our cloud, DevOps, and SRE platforms. You will design and implement tooling and infrastructure for reliable, scalable service delivery across environments.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices in CI/CD, security, and observability, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure platform availability and resilience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or related roles.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise at scale and container orchestration.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform/Ansible/Puppet, and strong security focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and improvements of reliable, scalable platforms and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on resilient infrastructure and deployment patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, upholding engineering standards.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation to support critical services and availability.
• Drive automation, standardization, and documentation to reduce toil and share knowledge.
• Contribute across the full lifecycle from design to operation and optimization.
