Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical experience, including 3+ years in security or DevSecOps.
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Independent judgment on complex issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving developer quality and user experience.
• Familiar with JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAFe, and Agile methodologies.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Owner DevSecOps to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own the product vision and roadmap for DevSecOps capabilities that support secure, high-quality digital delivery in a healthcare environment. You will partner closely with Agile teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized technical requirements and measurable outcomes. The position requires strong collaboration across technology and business partners to improve developer quality, clarify customer needs, and drive incremental value delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually
