Job summary

Sunny Glen Children’s Home seeks a dedicated Trainer to support the training department, ensure staff certifications, and promote ongoing professional growth aligned with the organization’s mission. The role partners with the Staff Development Coordinator and Lead Trainer to deliver compliant, effective learning experiences.

The Trainer will manage training calendars, certify instructors, and enroll staff in Paycom-based training, ensuring adherence to state licensing standards and ORR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher.
• 1 year of training experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop training courses as required by State Licensing Standards and ORR requirements.
• Maintain employee training records and attendance records.
• Enroll new employees in Paycom’s web-based training.
• Ensure all employees are in compliance with Sunny Glen’s training requirements.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for staff.
