• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or preferred.

• Support the training department and ensure staff certifications and ongoing training.
• Enroll new employees in Paycom training and track completion.
• Develop and coordinate annual training calendar.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment and promote professional growth.
• Attend required trainings and become certified in First Aid/CPR and Handle with Care.
