Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field; master's preferred.
• Five years of successful teaching experience; at least three in MCPS.
• Maryland licensure in an appropriate field of education.
• Evidence of instructional leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead job-embedded professional learning to build staff capacity aligned to SIP.
• Coach and mentor teachers around standards and best practices.
• Gather and analyze student performance data from multiple sources to guide instruction.
• Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong leadership in collaboration with staff.
