Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Prior professional teaching experience in a K-12 setting and/or higher education.
• Knowledge of effective teaching practices, instructional strategies, and assessment.
• Ability to teach adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, online, and hybrid instruction in ETT topics.
• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with course objectives.
• Model effective instructional strategies for participants.
• Facilitate discussions and collaborative learning activities.
• Evaluate participant learning and provide feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and participant progress records.
• Promote professionalism, inclusivity, and ethical conduct.
• Incorporate instructional technology and LMS into delivery.
