Complete Care at Dawnview is seeking a Staff Development RN to join a caring, team-based environment in West Virginia. The role focuses on nursing leadership in infection prevention and resident care development, supporting growth of staff and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Ideal candidates will have active WV RN licensure, prior long-term care experience, and familiarity with infection prevention.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with active license in West Virginia (WV).
• Long-term care experience is desirable.
• Infection Control Training or certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Modify treatment regimens as needed in accordance with policies, procedures, and standards.

Responsibilities Of a Staff Development RN

• To provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing Services, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• To monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Qualifications Of a Staff Development RN

• Previous long-term care experience is desirable.
• Computer knowledge proffered.
• Must be a registered nurse with active license in the state of West Virginia.
• Having Infection Control Prevention training or certificate is preferred.

License

• Must have an active RN Registered Nurse license in WV.
