Job summary

Complete Care at Dawnview is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead care for residents at our Fort Ashby, WV facility. The role is part-time, 3 days per week with evening shifts and weekend daytime coverage. A $3,750 sign-on bonus is offered and pay is negotiable.

An RN license in West Virginia is preferred, with LPN considered with experience. Join a facility committed to skilled nursing, therapy for recently discharged patients and long-term care residents.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an RN in West Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check and physical evaluation.
• Demonstrates leadership and strong clinical competency.
• Interested in growth and career development.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: assist to implement and revise care plans, monitor health conditions, respond to emergencies or changes in status.
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: oversee assignments, manage coverage, evaluate staff, educate and lead staff.
• Family & Team Liaison: communicate changes in resident conditions to families/providers, collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Documentation: review incidents, transcribe orders, audit charges and ensure record compliance.
• Education: explain health status and care expectations to families, residents and staff; provide guidance as needed.
