You will coordinate orientation programs, ongoing education, and competency training, while mentoring staff and collaborating with nursing leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and staff development.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital settings preferred.
